Trust -- constructive trust -- wrongful acquisition of property. Defendant procured and paid for insurance on the life of his son, the latter's estate being the beneficiary. The policies were forthwith assigned unconditionally to defendant, but upon an oral promise, it is claimed, that if he survived the insured and collected the insurance he would hold the proceeds for plaintiff, wife of the insured.
